	Siddharth Banerjee Sid, the founder and Geek-in-Chief of Indusgeeks, comes from the proven pedigree of college drop-outs. A compulsive Internet entrepreneur and dreamer, he thinks that it's time that India created its own Google - a first-in-its-class international brand, working on the cutting edge of Internet and New Media technology. To this end, he started Indusgeeks way back in April 2007. Sid believes virtual worlds are set to revolutionize not just the Internet, but the way we communicate and interact with the world. He is on the Second Life Solution Providers' Council and a Global Ambassador for the Association of Virtual Worlds.
	Geetha Ramakrishnan Geetha is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and C.P.A. Having her on our Board of Directors lends much balance to the team. She has over 12 years of experience working for PWC (San Francisco), Oracle, ACS-Inc (Bangalore), etc. in areas as varied as Assurance, Finance and Off-shoring Operations.
	Ashima Misri Having been with Indusgeeks even before it was incorporated, Ashima is our backbone. With a double Masters in Sociology and Business Administration, she handles Business Development and Operations. Between client meetings, looming deadlines and sleepless nights she manages to make time for everything and everyone else!
	Ashish Dinkar Tech head Ashish is passionate about virtual world technology and food. By the time he was 21, he had already created his own game engine, multiplayer flash and java games. Bursting with ideas, energy and muffins, he's the geek you want on board through crazy deadlines and all-nighters!
	Shuchi Talati Shuchi is a part of the core founding team at Indusgeeks. She is passionate about Almodovar, films in general and healer rights ( in WoW). Currently studying to be a Director at the American Film Institute (L.A.), Shuchi still works with the Geeks on important projects , long distance.
	Bhushan Belnekar Bhushan is a fine arts graduate with an additional certification in 3D design. Having been at Indusgeeks since its inception, he is the Second Life design pro. Once excited about an idea, Bhushan is tireless - pushing both his team and the medium to their limits.
	Aditya Rajguru A fine arts graduate with training in 3D design, Aditya is uniquely gifted. An unerring eye for colour coupled with unusual structures make his stamp on designs unmistakable.
	Jitesh Mulchandani This easy-going tech geek transforms when engrossed with his work - tired and bleary eyed, he has to be literally dragged away from his machine.
	Rahul Thakur Rahul's interest in game technology started back in college when he created his own games, including one on Torque. Quiet and meticulous, he is the antidote to the madness that is Tech.
	Jyoti Bhoir Jyoti's turning out to be our resident master of all design software! Methodical and focused, she ensures just the right kind of output.
	Mangesh Shetye The youngest and one of the newest members of our design team, Mangesh is quick to learn and adapt to new building techniques. His other current interests include making "friends" on Second Life!
	Namita Mohandas Our upcoming creative guru! With a flair for illustration, typography and a penchant for pop culture, having her on board ensures some fantastic creativity to all that we do.
	Deepak Bhadane Deepak is the most sought after member of our team. Meticulous and committed, he handles adminstration and manages us geeks at the office.
